Focuses on establishing programs and protocols that foster community, align team members who would not normally work together, improve relationships between team members who normally work together, improve retention, and improve moral of staff at all levels.  There is synergy between the Relationship and Rapport Pillar and the following pillars: Action, Communication, and Expertise. 

Actions Pillar

Focuses on establishing programs and protocols that foster drive and a sense of purpose. Allowing team members to share ideas for the betterment of the organization. There is synergy between the Action Pillar and the following pillars: Relationship and Rapport and Communication.

Communication Pillar

Focuses on establishing programs and protocols that foster a sense of belonging. When staff know what’s going on and feel as though they are not being kept in the dark. They will be more willing to share their thoughts and opinion.  There is synergy between the Communication Pillar and the following pillars: Relationship and Rapport and Action.

Expertise Pillar

Focuses on establishing programs and protocols that foster confidence. When team members have an opportunity to sharpen their knowledge and skills, they develop confidence and are more likely to operate in excellence. There is synergy between the Expertise Pillar and the following pillars: Relationship and Rapport

Yes, this is not one size fits all. Organizations are of varying sizes and need different things to accomplish the goals and objectives. Natashia Brewer Consulting will create a plan that works for the needs of your organization.


Implementation of the Four Pillars of Personal Success depends on the needs of your organization. However, the high-level process is as follows:


  • Define Scope -  goals, objectives, desired outcomes, and high-level requirements, provide high-level timeline
  • Provide Statement of Work (SOW) - this document outlines the services, deliverables, timeline, and cost. The document is reviewed and approved by the organization.
  • Conduct Kick-Off Meeting - After approvals are received, this meeting will formally kick-off the initiative, get key stakeholders engaged, and establish the ongoing cadence for meetings, status reporting, and communications.
  • Execute the Plan - complete the tasks and deliverables as outined in the SOW, to the implementation solution(s).


The cost of the implementation depends on the scope. What we can say is in addition to the financial investment the implementation will require commitment of time from your team members.


The Four Pillars of Personal Success is scalable; therefore, it is for businesses large and small. Natashia as uses a version of this framework in her individual and group coaching programs.
